Houston Criminal Defense Attorney Andy Nolen, giving his best during his 15 years courtroom experience
If your son, daughter or a child in your life is charged with a
crime,  you must have an experienced and qualified juvenile
criminal defense lawyer to protect his or her rights.  This is not
a task that a parent or guardian is qualified to perform.
Houston Juvenile Defense Lawyer Andy Nolen has 15 years
juvenile court experience dealing with all aspects of the juvenile
court system including, hearings, sentencing, probations,
probation revocations, and all other areas dealt with in the
Juvenile Court System.
Juveniles are handled differently than adults in court.  While the
primary focus on adults is punishment, juveniles in Texas are
treated as "persons in need of supervision".  The courts will
consider what is in the best interest of the child, however
sentences can include years in TYC, or Texas Youth Council.
Our law firm works with parents to determine what the best
course of action for the child is.  In every case, we try to keep
the child at home and away from detention centers.  We
believe a child should finish his education at his current school.
We also counsel parents on the possibility of having records
sealed or expunged.
